Barkley Interiors is a full-service interior design and renovation firm owned and operated by KC Barkley, a state licensed designer and her husband Von, a state licensed, certified building contractor. The firm provides a full spectrum of creative interior design services for any project, anywhere, in any style: residential, commercial, yachts, planes, hospitality or model home. KC and Von pride themselves on their personal involvement and execution of all phases of the work by providing expert crafts people for each step of the project. Together they offer the expertise for any of your design, renovation, or custom home build needs. KC and Von specialize in mixing design and function to accommodate anything from casual Florida living to festive entertaining ; hence our style “ Barefoot to Black Tie”.

KC Barkley

KC Barkley was born in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY with a Degree in Design and Environmental Analysis. She later studied Fine Art and Architecture in Italy.

  • KC is a licensed and insured Interior Designer with the State of Florida (ID 0002968).
  • KC is an award-winning and published designer.

Von Barkley

Von Barkley grew up in Kansas. He has been working in the construction industry in Kansas, Texas and finally settling in Vero Beach, Florida. Von is a licensed and insured Certified Building Contractor with the State of Florida (CBC-058459 / CBC-1262901).
Von is “A Handy Man For You” to know because he is an experienced contractor able to complete all construction aspects of any job no matter if the job is new construction from blueprint, complete renovation, room renovations, or simple home repairs.
